Thursday’s Healthy Eats…

breakfast this morning fresh pineapple and blueberries with a square of gluten & dairy -free apple sauce bread.  And to wash it down Rice milk with Blueberry Nectar…

 to make a refreshing drink …add 2 parts cold rice milk to 1 part cold Blueberry Nectar stir and drink up!

today’s snack was Almond Butter and a large Honey Crisp Apple…yum!

dinner easy…garlic pesto marinated chicken on the grill…with roasted winter veggies…beets, cabbage, brussel sprouts, sweet potato and parsnips try this combo of veggies together roasting brings out the sweetness in the beets, parsnips and sweet potato…delish…enjoy!
