Day 11…Fish or Chicken?

getting  started on day eleven’s dinner…on this 21 day detox cleanse program day 11 is the day you can add organic chicken or fish to the menu…

I have to say I enjoyed this even more than the chicken! Michele’s Green and White Stir fry…broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, watercress and asian micro greens (kohlrabi, mustard ,tatsoi) put 2 T. sesame seed oil, 2 T. olive oil, heat to med. add 4-5 minced cloves of garlic, cook 2 mins. then add 1 1/2 c. broccoli, 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped however you like…stir fry 1 min stirring so mixture gets coated with oil…in separate bowl mix 1/2 t. chili powder, 1/4 t.chilpolte 1/2 t. smoked sweet paprika, 1/2 t. sea salt, 1/4 t.black pepper, a dash of chili flakes and a dash of garlic powder mix…sprinkle all onto your stir fry toss and continue cooking on med high 3 mins.then on med for 6-8 more mins. add 2 c. greens toss cook 1 min. remove from heat add more salt to taste if needed. enjoy!

a great salad… mix greens, tomato, cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper, some blanched snow peas, garnished with finely chopped fresh beets, and asian micro greens… for a dressing 1T. mashed avocado mixed with a vinaigrette dressing makes a creamy wonderful dressing that only taste fatting!

and finally the plate tonight… pan roasted herbed pepper chicken, cooked beets, green and white stir fry and salad…delish…healthy eating at it’s best!

now for some exercise..taking Jasmine for a walk…

worn out…after that walk…hee hee…
