Day 3…Shake It Up…

Day 3…I thought I would share my shake recipes for the day.  This photo is of my breakfast shake…I’ll call it Berry Blast…4 frozen strawberries , 1/2 cup frozen blueberries,  5 blackberries, 3 frozen green grapes, 1T. flaxseed oil, 1/3 c.  cold organic cranberry/ pomegranate juice unsweetened (used R.W. Knudsen) 1/2 c. cold spring water, 2 ice cubes my standard process powders and blend ( I use a vita mix)….mid day shake … 1/2 stalk celery, 4 baby carrots, 1/2 frozen banana, and few cubes each of frozen papaya, mango, pineapple, 2 frozen strawberries, 2 sunburst tomatoes ( they are the size of cherry tomatoes) 1/3 c. cold organic apple juice unsweetened 1/2 c. cold spring water and 1 T. flaxseed oil, supplement powder.  This concoction was really good ! Now last but not least evening shake… few cubes avocado ,1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe, 4 frozen grapes, few cubes frozen mango, 1 T. flaxseed oil, 1/3 c. organic non sweet apple juice, 1/2 cup cold water …this was great smoothielish!!! Hope this inspires those who are taking notes to shake it up a bit and try something new!

    This is a reminder to put my shake in a cute glass. Maybe that will help me enjoy it more. (Definitely a must around day 20!)
